Within our East Cobb community, among the half-day preschools, HFP stands out not only for its reputation as a nurturing, loving Catholic environment that prepares children well for the rigors of our area public and private schools but also for its innovation and excellent value proposition. Our rich religion curriculum, a specials rotation that includes Spanish, music, Catechesis of the Good Shepherd and science as well as our unique Wonders of Creation outdoor education curriculum and classroom, and our commitment to cutting edge social-emotional education through features like our Calming Corners and teacher training, all contribute to an incredible early learning experience for young children and yet, we are still competitively priced, further increasing the value to our families.
Year after year, HFP maintains its commitment to excellence and along with the other Catholic parish preschools offers the peace of mind that comes with continued quality assurance visits from the Archdiocese of Atlanta’s Office of Catholic Schools as well as the collegial sharing of a supportive community of Catholic preschool directors across the archdiocese. We continue to provide the high-quality care and education our families have counted on for nearly two decades, and we are pleased to bring our best to new generations of families who entrust their children to us.
New Options: As the years go by, the needs of families change, and in response to the felt need for more days at some age levels coinciding with the opportunity created by the state adjusting certain rules for programs of our type, you will notice some new and never-before published options for 2025-26:
-
Up to 3 days available for kids under 2
-
A young toddlers' Mother’s Morning Out (MMO)
-
5 days available for twos
-

We love welcoming new families to our program and helping them plan for happy new possibilities! Whether it's your child's first experience with preschool, you're looking for something new, or you recently moved to the area, we want your child to have an excellent experience with us building skills and friendships in our loving, nurturing and creative environment.
We're all about connection at Holy Family, and so we want to give you several ways to get to know us and opportunities for us to get to know you too. Here's how...
What are parents saying about Holy Family?
"As soon as I met Ms. Kate and the teachers I knew it was the right school for us and the search was over. They were organized, knowledgeable and friendly. I immediately had peace about sending my kids." - Ashley F.
"Holy Family Preschool has provided a solid foundation for our children as they begin their education and faith journeys. The faculty and staff sincerely care about each child's growth and development, and we've felt the partnership in our children's experience since day one when our oldest child enrolled." - The Parker Family
"Communication from the director’s office is clear and regular, and we have felt included and listened to whenever we had questions, concerns or any particular request. They will do their best to accommodate and make you or your children feel content. The sense of camaraderie and respect around teachers and administration staff is very noticeable, hence the ambiance feels joyful and professional.”
– The Huizinga Family

*What is Pre-K Plus? It's The Gift of Time...
Our Pre-K Plus option can be a great bridge for those children who are 5 years old and have completed a year of Pre-K but who may not be quite ready to go on to kindergarten for social or academic reasons, or both. Our Pre-K Plus students are integrated into our Pre-K classrooms, but receive higher-level curriculum materials during handwriting as well as higher-level phonics and math instruction during small-group rotations.
The monthly tuition amount is the same as that of our Pre-K classes with the addition of a one-time book fee of $50 for the additional curriculum materials. Children completing our Pre-K Plus program would then enroll in kindergarten the following year with the gift of time for a little more development under their belts.
