Submissions are due on the third Friday of the month. For example, if you would like a submission in the December Newsletter, please send it in by November 15. All submissions will be reviewed & approved by the Pastor or designate. We reserve the right to edit submissions.
Include: Name of group hosting the event, pertinent details such as date, time, location, RSVP (if needed), description of the event, and who the event is open to. For example, Knights of Columbus, January 1, 2020, 8AM-10AM, Parish Center, All men of the parish are welcome to join us for our event! RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Format: Submissions should be received in text format, with desired pictures attached. Graphics should be in .png or .jpg format for best resolution. We cannot guarantee space, or use of graphics. Graphics with spelling errors or that include information that is not in line with the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church will not be included. We will make every attempt to contact you to update the graphic but reserve the right to exclude it if you cannot be reached by email in a timely manner.
