Mrs. Santander comes to Holy Family from the Archdiocese of Atlanta, where she worked in the Office of Communications doing public relations, social media, administration, graphic design, and brand management. Bulletin Submissions

Please send all bulletin submissions to Joanie Santander, Communications Specialist, at jsantander@holyfamilycc.org.

 

Submissions are due on Mondays, 12 days prior to the weekend it will be printed. For example, if you would like a submission printed in the November 23/24 bulletin, please send it in on Monday, November 11. All submissions will be reviewed & approved by the Pastor or designate. We reserve the right to edit submissions.

Format: Submissions should be received in text format, with desired pictures attached. Graphics should be in .png or .jpg format for best resolution. We cannot guarantee space, or use of graphics. Graphics with spelling errors or that include information that is not in line with the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church will not be included. We will make every attempt to contact you to update the graphic but reserve the right to exclude it if you cannot be reached by email in a timely manner.

Please include the date you would like to see it printed.

Announcement/Narthex Slides

Please send all Announcement/Narthex Slide submissions to Joanie Santander, Communications Specialist, at jsantander@holyfamilycc.org.

Social Media

Please send all social media submissions to Joanie Santander, Communications Specialist, at jsantander@holyfamilycc.org.

 

Submissions are due on Mondays, 13 days prior to the week you would like it posted. For example, if you would like a submission posted during the week of November 24, please send it in by Monday, November 11. All submissions will be reviewed & approved by the Pastor or designate. We reserve the right to edit submissions.

Include: Name of the related group, details of your event, RSVP,  date of the week you would like it posted, and number of times you would like it repeated (limit 3).

Monthly Newsletter

Please send all newsletter submissions to Joanie Santander, Communications Specialist, at jsantander@holyfamilycc.org.

 

Submissions are due on the third Friday of the month. For example, if you would like a submission in the December Newsletter, please send it in by November 15. All submissions will be reviewed & approved by the Pastor or designate. We reserve the right to edit submissions.

Include: Name of group hosting the event, pertinent details such as date, time, location, RSVP (if needed), description of the event, and who the event is open to. For example, Knights of Columbus, January 1, 2020, 8AM-10AM, Parish Center, All men of the parish are welcome to join us for our event! RSVP to info@holyfamilycc.org.

Bulletin Inserts

Requests for a bulletin insert must be made three weeks in advance if you are creating the flyer yourself, or a month in advance if you need our help creating and printing it.

All ministries are limited to two inserts during the calendar year. All submissions will be reviewed & approved by the Pastor or designate. We reserve the right to edit submissions.

Your ministry will have to stuff the bulletins with the insert. The bulletins arrive on Friday mornings by 11AM. We will give you a call and send you an email to let you know when they have arrived.
